WHATEVER YOU DO STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY. Absolutely unprofessional, especially one of their agents Laurent Dumas. Called him 3 times, twice on one number listed under his name, and once on his other phone number, with a message left. He could not bother returning my call on a property that I was interested in, a property still listed on Centris. I called him again on a Sunday where he finally picks up and tells me the property is no longer available, remind you that the property is still listed on Centris. When I called Royal Lepage to explain the situation and put a complaint against him, what do they do ? THEY HANG UP! Unbelievable how they treat potential customers. Will not be dealing with any properties that are listed under their name.

Je suis choqué On a rendez vous un lendemain de tempête -25 degrés. J'attends avec ma femme enceinte et mon fils de 2 ans dehors. Après 10 min de retard nous lappelons.. et on se fait crier dessus ! Finalement, avec au final 35 minute de retard, pas d'excuse de sa part mais des reproche : pourquoi vous netes pas resté dans la voiture ?! ( on est venu en uber..) Lors de la visite, presque pas un mot .. Pire expérience de ma vie !
