- References, a credit check and proof of employment and income must be provided to the full
satisfaction of the landlord within four (4) days following acceptance of the rental offer, based
on the credit report and the LESSEE's financial documents;
- Non-smoking, including cannabis and any other drugs;
- The LESSEE agrees not to grow or cultivate marijuana/cannabis in the unit;
- No pets allowed;
- LESSEE accepts to provide post dated cheques;
- The LESSEE will be responsible for all move-in/move-out fees;
- No subleasing of any kind, including Airbnb;

registration prior to occupancy;
