2)The TENANT shall provide the LESSOR with proof of civil liability insurance of $2,000,000 at the signing of the lease, valid for the entire term;
3)The TENANT agrees to pay any move-in and move-out fees required by the building management;
The TENANT is not permitted to sublet or assign the lease without the LESSOR's written consent; no Airbnb or short-term rentals are allowed;
4)No pets are permitted;
5)Smoking or vaping (tobacco, cannabis, or other substances) is strictly prohibited in the unit;
6)No painting, renovations, or holes in the walls are permitted without the LESSOR's authorization;
7)Any fines resulting from violations of the condominium rules by the TENANT shall be at the TENANT's expense;
The TENANT shall be responsible for any costs related to lost keys;
